Are you kidding me?
White House press secretary Robert Gibbs acknowledged the Justice Department is preparing to appeal a court’s decision against the law preventing gays from serving openly in the military, but said President Obama is still committed to ending the policy.
So let me get this straight (no pun intended). Our "fierce advocate" says this policy is wrong and should end. A federal Judge says it is unconstitutional and must end immediately. Instead of just letting this stand and directing the military under his command to cease implementing an unconstitutional law, the President is directing the Justice Department to appeal the ruling.
Am I wrong or is the President just not that into me?
Better Democrats, please. Like in 2012, perhaps.
