I work at a state university, and as such have significant (and appropriate) restrictions put upon my potential "electioneering activities." But I also believe that it is my right - and even perhaps my role - to encourage my students' participation in the democratic process.
As such, I have been sending out intermittent emails reminding students of the voting regulations in our state, encouraging them to check their voter registration, and suggesting that absentee-in-person voting is a great opportunity for busy people to vote on their schedule, and peppering those emails with links to useful, non-partisan resources. I think they're getting sick of hearing from me.
Today was my final missive. Here it is. I hope I have inspired at least one student to get out his or her own vote!

Hello All:
Thanks to the Nineteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, ratified in 1920, granting women the right to vote, I was able to cast my absentee-in-person ballot today at my city hall.
Which amendment to the Constitution grants you the right to vote?
The Fifteenth Amendment, passed in 1870, prohibiting the denial of voting rights based upon "race, color, or previous condition of servitude?"
The Twenty-sixth Amendment, passed in 1971, limiting the minimum voting age to no older than 18 years of age?
Or were your rights always guaranteed?
In any event, an election is upcoming, and you can exercise your right - and responsibility - to participate in our Democracy immediately! You know what is coming: clicky clicky. ;-)
