* Cequent Performance Products Inc., received a tax credit valued at $896,963 over six years in support of its plans to invest $3.4 million to broaden its research and development and sales operations in Plymouth Charter Township, Michigan, creating up to 60 new jobs at the company.
* Creative Foam Corporation received a state tax credit valued at $362,386 over five years in support of its plan to invest $1.5 million in an expansion in Fenton, Michigan, to manufacture materials to supply the renewable energy market, creating up to 63 jobs directly at the company.
* Dematic Corp. received a state tax credit valued at $3.2 million over five years in support of its plans to invest $10.9 million to expand its R&D, administrative services, sales and in-house production in Grand Rapids, Michigan, creating up to 505 new jobs. Dematic expects to add 74 of those jobs in the coming year, reports the Grand Rapids Press. Expected wages will average $872 a week, or $21.80 an hour, with benefits.
* Dokka Fasteners Inc. received a state tax credit valued at $1.5 million over seven years in support of its plans to invest $21 million to establish a manufacturing, coating and distribution operation in Auburn Hills, Michigan, creating 90 direct jobs.
* Dynamic Captioning LLC received a state tax credit valued at $169,629 over five years in support of its plans to invest $554,000 to establish a service center in Grand Rapids, Michigan, creating 40 new jobs.
* EnovateIT LLC received a a state tax credit valued at $1.1 million over six years in support of its plans to invest $4 million to expand its design and production operation in Canton Township, Michigan, creating 160 new jobs.
* Eovations LLC received a state tax credit valued at $1.3 million over seven years in support of its plan to invest $16 million to establish an R&D and production center in Bay City, Michigan, creating up to 64 direct jobs at the company within the next five years.
* Mountain Valley Recycling LLC received state tax credit valued at $5.1 million over seven years in support of its plan to invest $29.5 million to establish a facility in Sterling Heights, Michigan, creating up to 396 directly at the company.
* P3 North America Inc. received a a state tax credit valued at $485,958 over five years in support of its plans to invest $332,000 in Troy to expand in the areas of product development and management services for electric device technology, creating up to 65 direct jobs at the company.
* Powertrain Integration LLC received a a state Technology Collaboration tax credit valued at up to $300,000 in support of its plans to issue a contract to New Eagle, located in Ypsilanti, to generate a unique software code for use in an automotive engine control module. The project will create up to 41 jobs.
* Roush Clean Tech LLC received a state tax credit valued at $1.1 million over seven years in support of its plans to invest $2.1 million to establish an R&D center in Plymouth Township, creating up to 54 jobs.
* Yanfeng USA Automotive Trim Systems Inc. received state tax credit valued at $1.1 million over seven years in support of its plans to invest $17 million to expand in Harrison Charter Township. The company is 51 percent-owned by SAIC (China’s 3rd largest automaker) in partnership with Visteon. The project is expected to create up to 466 total jobs, including 131 directly at the company.
Also, Washtenaw County received state and local tax captures valued at $829,291 to support a brownfield project to redevelop and expand the existing Zingerman’s Delicatessen in Ann Arbor, creating up to 65 new jobs.
