That's the best summary I've seen so far of our two parties.
So I mean given that choice, I choose the Democrats.
Given the fantasy that are third parties I don't give them my time any more. I did, but after Ralph Nader in 2004, I realize that the key thing that makes multi party systems (this thing called Alliances) was never going to work. If the greens can't come together with the democrats to defeat GEORGE W. BUSH then they're never going to come together, which means that third parties just don't work in the land of the Selfish, because even if somehow you elect them, they're going to be Venturad and largely ignored unless maybe they caucus with one of the major parties in which case what's the point unless you're maybe trying to work around a crazy like the tea party in Alaska or Rubio or that guy in Rhode Island that insulted Obama for not endorsing him.
But THIS?
THIS is ridiculous.
Article Summary: Democrats are 'bad too' because they're using anonymous PACs and have memos from democratic idiots to prove it.
So what does this tell us?
Exhibit A: SOMEONE in the @#$@#$@# democratic party involved with this nonsense should be fired, and I mean today. I mean right this minute. When your single best argument - "Foreign money and anonymous donors" is undercut by some jerk that can't get with the message, time to clean some house.
Exhibit B: Can there BE any better proof that MSNBC is NOT a liberal channel? Can you imagine FOX releasing an article critical of the Republican party? They MIGHT ...MIGHT...attack an individual republican candidate but not really.
And if MSNBC isn't liberal...then who is?
So basically we've got the liberal blogosphere....and that's it.
And even here, because we're liberal, we've value 'free speech' which means a lot of basically Republican style people, some of whom have been proven to be paid Republican operatives pretending to be democrats running around with no option to out them but the Hide Rating but which is reserved for only the craziest and stupidest of violators.
And do you really think that there are only stupid ones here?
But we've got community standards that say that accusing someone of being a spy or a secret Republican is against the rules. I guess we gain more from not having a climate of fear....but at the same time....well I guess I'm supposed to take everything with a grain of salt, but I'd like at least a few sources of information I could actually trust.
And is it really so unreasonable to suggest that liberals start a news source/channel of their own that is truly liberal?
As for the 'start it yourself' argument...have you READ my diaries and the reaction here to them? Pass.
But if you know someone with the slightest amount of business sense that is genuinely liberal, then you might point out to them that there's a rather huge vacuum out there for something that MSNBC is supposed to be doing that clearly isn't.
