Dear Sir,
I’m writing today to express extreme disappointment in the public writings of one of your on air personalities Cenk Uygur. While participating on the nations best political discussion site the Daily Kos I happened to notice a post he placed there for public consumption entitled “Is Barack Obama Stupid?”
I would invite you to asses if this is what you would like representing your network in any form by going to the Kos and reading it yourself, however the question I would like to ask is not the one your on air personality had, but another, are you stupid?
Here are some reactions to one of your employee's work
And I thought the letter to Michelle Obama was the lowest you could go.
Guess not.
Newsflash~!
A shock jock you ain't. You've become a cheap imitation of Howard Stern.
You certainly are no intellectual giant. F**k you, man.
And you have the gall to suggest this President is "stupid"???
I'm possibly one of the President's harshest critics but this time you've gone right over the top.
Stupid? STUPID? Hell, man, you couldn't even shine his shoes.
I'm 68 years old & i have never seen a president
this disrespected in my entire life and i have been around for a long time. I was around why people were burning effigies of LBJ on the Lincoln mall, but at least he got respect from his party, the opposition and the press.
This president is disrespected by the opposition in the formal institutions of powers--during the state of the union address. He is disrespected by his own party. He is disrespected by his own based. And he is disrespected by the media like this Cenk Uygur guy just proved with his asinine title.
If you are a journalist or you pretend to play a journalist on TV (i have not watched TV news since 1984, so i don't know you very well. I watched some clips of you on the web and apparently you have a show on MSNBC) at least respect the god-damned office of the president. You do not have to agree with him. You do not have to love him. You do not have to like him. You do, however, have to god-damned respect the office of the president especially in your quality of a journalist.
And I am not black. So, don't think i am black and i got all worked up because of racial sympathy.
Mr. Griffin these are but a few. Sir, I’m sorry to have implied you were stupid. That was the same mistake your employee made about the President of the United States; however I would like to inquire about the wisdom of having such a person on your staff.
I believe very strongly that if he is indeed a journalist representing your organization you should take action against his intemperate public statements or begin to face public fallout yourself. I intend to send his work far and wide to my entire social network in order to make them aware of how MSNBC personalities are deciding to “Lean Forward” in public. I don’t imagine the reaction will be positive either.
