Yep.
We told ya so.
Saw it coming.
Called it a mile out.
Obama can cave into these goons all he wants; he can search for all the fairness, and balance, and bipartisanship he wants: he is NOT going to find it.
And he's not going to get it.
Hannity celebrates Obama's cave in as a succes for the GOP and a failure for him.
You are NOT allowed to be surprised. If you are surprised, you will want to not read the rest of this.
HANNITY: All right. Amidst all the controversy on Capitol Hill surrounding the extension of the Bush tax cuts, one thing is crystal clear. This deal marks a major defeat for the anointed one who let political gamesmanship get the best of him.
Well, now he's backtracking on one of his central campaign promises. But apparently that's not how he sees it.
There's a video there, you can see it all if you can stomach listening to this POS nutbag. I won't listen to it.
These fuckers will NOT give an inch and if there is any 'positive' (you know how people just bend over backwards to find something positive in this morass) it is that they are quite open about it:
HANNITY: Well, look, I would argue and I have argued that Bill Clinton changed after '94 and the Republican Revolution. I contend, and my analysis of President Obama is that he is a rigid, left wing, radical ideologue.
And I've said it many times on the program. I've never seen any inclination in his adult professional life that he has a willingness to be pragmatic to move to the middle to change.
Do you see that in him? Because I don't see it.
Really?
A leftwing radical?
I don't see it.
My analysis of this is that Obama will get exactly jack friggin' shit from the GOP and the Rightwing. He could save one of their mothers with CPR and they would charge him with rape.
The GOP see his "bipartisanship" as weakness - a viewpoint I totally share with them. It IS a weakness, but one that can be abandoned with extreme prejudice. It doesn't have to be like this since Obama is being weak as a matter of choice. He thinks it is the 'nice way' to deal with goons, apparently.
If he caves compromises capitualtes is pragmatic, he's weak and lame. If he stands his ground (I assume he can do this against more than just those who voted for him) then he's "rigid'.
I voted for rigid.
I want rigid but I want it pointed at the GOP, not those of us who voted for him.
The way to go here isn't rocket surgery, though it seems to be for Democrats.
When you are dealing with tough people, you have to be tough.
The wingnut brigade will NEVER give the man his due and I say - aggressive fighter that I am - there is no reason to waste another moment trying to be nice to these fuckers.
It is stupid to continue trying to get blood out of this stone.
It's a dead end. The game is over.
Intelligence DEMANDS a radically different course of action.
I wonder if Dems and Obama really have what it takes to deal with these miserable fuckers.
I am not seeing any signs of it.
And I didn't vote for Gandhi.
