Lately I've been having trouble sleeping. In recent weeks I've been falling asleep only to awaken sometime in the wee hours of the morning and not been able to fall back asleep. So I've been getting up and reading or doing stuff like Diary Rescue online. After which I'd go back to bed and get some sleep.
Tonight I haven't been able to fall asleep at all, so far.
I'd like to add that I use a C-PAP every night because I've sleep apnea--I'd been told that this would help me sleep, but it hasn't.
And I'd rather not use sleeping pills--because they can be addictive or at least habit-forming and I'm on enough pills for various conditions already.
So what I'm looking for are drug-free ways to combat insomnia.
I'm going to give going to sleep another try (wish me luck!) so I'll be checking out comments later.
Sorry this is so short--it's hard to think of witty repartee when one needs to get some sleep.
