Most of you know that Orly Taitz has spent the better part of two years trolling for evidence of Social Security fraud on the part of the Obamas. On several occasions, this has led her into behavior that can charitably be described as gross invasion of privacy. Well, the Mad Moldovan took it to another level in her latest blog post. This morning, she posted a Social Security application for a guy from Connecticut, arguing that it was filed on the same day as Obama filed for his number. The posted application is completely unredacted. You'll have to take my word for it--I'm not going to aid and abet identity theft by linking to it.
This woman hasn't had any qualms about posting Social Security numbers and people's addresses before. But posting an unredacted Social Security app? I'm shaking with anger so much that I can hardly type. This is one of the most outrageous things I've ever seen at any level in politics. This woman needs to be shut down. Now.
A commenter pointed out--correctly--that Orly could potentially be breaking the law. Orly claims that the Social Security Administration would never send out an unredacted application for a living person. But remember, this is a woman who has no qualms about filing motions without her clients' permission. Should we believe ANYTHING this woman says?
And even if the guy who applied for the number is dead, posting his app online is wrong on so many levels. It contains practically everything some yayhoo might need to find out information about his family and harass them. If anything of that nature happens, they'd have more than enough grounds to sue Orly into poverty.
Network Solutions hasn't been willing to act on the reams of AUP violations that Orly has committed so far. One can hope, though, that they're willing to act on this one.
