From Huff Post, but already confirmed by Madison local TV stations:
Wisconsin Union Law Published Despite Court Order
The upshot of the article is that the act is to be published by order of the Legislative Reference Bureau, despite the court injunction in place on the Secretary of State to prevent its posting.
Governor Walker has stated he will ignore the court injunction against the SoS publication, and instead order enforcement of Act 10 from the LRB's publication instead.
Joseph Welch once asked Joe McCarthy, "Have you no sense of decency, sir? At long last, have you left no sense of decency?"
It's a good thing he never asked Scott Walker that question. When it comes to unions in Wisconsin, nothing is beyond him.
