So far, so good, based on what I am hearing on NHK news stream.
One meter height tsunami wave is expected. First wave expected to have already hit land but no wave has been observed as yet.
Two of three power transmission lines to a Miyagi power plant cannot be used.
Yamagata and Miyagi prefectures have lost power in some areas.
Water injection at Fukushima plant continues.
In a statement on its website the Hawaii-based Pacific Tsunami Warning Center said it did not expect a Pacific-wide tsunami.

Tohoku power plant, diesel generators are being used to cool the spent fuel pool. All of the fuels are stored in the pool.
Onagawa power plant, two power lines (of three) have been shut down.

and I live nowhere near Miyagi. It was almost like an awful repeat of the March 11 earthquake.

2 workers near reactors 1 & 2 and 7 workers near the intake - have not been injured. Took shelter.
Water injections continue. No variance in paramenters for the nitrogen injections in 1
Monitoring remotely
For 3 and 4 - they periodically visit central control rooms - next at 24:00 Will make that visit as soon as tsunami warning is lifted.
No issue with external power source.

Tsunami advisory for coastal area - All workers in seismic shelter building.
Onagawa plant - 2 of the 3 external power grids have lost power - no change in level of radiation. NISA getting a current status update
