Mystery Hotspot in Osaka Harbor Radiation map of Fukushima,
Gamma Pics inside the Reactor. Rad counts translated to lethal levels.
fallout now as bad as Chernobyl... wasserman calls Fukushima 10X chernobyl
in the oceans... Livestream radiation from Itawate. IAEA sacrificial lambs sent to
Japan... TEPCO says Units 1 and 2 containment breach "Likely"... Monju Sodium Reactor has critical failure... Contaminated water pumping stopped..
Parched land no desert sand, sun was just a dot
And a little bit of water goes a long way, 'cause it's hot
Three good buddies were laughing and smoking in the back
Of a rented ford
They couldn't know they weren't going far
Each one with the money in his pocket
Could go out and buy himself a brand new car
But they all had the money they had
Money they hoped would take them very far
The sky was bright, a traffic light, now and then a truck
And they hadn't seen a cop around all day
They brought everything they needed
bags and scales to weigh the stuff
The driver said the border's just over the bluff
It wasn't until the car suddenly stopped
In the middle of a cold and barren place
And the other guy turned and spilled
Three boys blood, did they know a trap had been lain?
They're ok the last days of may, I'll be breathing dry air
I'm leaving soon, the others are already there
You wouldn't be interested in coming along, instead of staying here
They say the west is nice this time of year
I like totally discovered this in the rad maps at atmc.jp and i was hoping
someone could give me a pointer as to what's going on.
seriously look at atmc.jp and you tell me whats going on....
Why would a hotspot form in Osaka Harbor at the cargo port? Radioactive containers?
Here is a contamination map for the plant. I love the big ass hot spot next to
Unit 3. 1 SV per hour. And the Shills are still sitting there saying "Oh, the fuel pools
are intact. The certainty of shilling. Can we forcibly drag the shills to Fukushima
and make them blog from Itawate or some other place?
That POS coulter is arguing radiation is good for you, can we drag her ass
there?
now this is a pic inside Rac 2. Seems okay? Huh?
check that out, 500 CPS coming down through what looks like a busted section of
air duct. So is that routing radiation out of another area? BTW, that's 30,000 CPM
10% of the workers at Fukushima are showing 10,000 CPM,
http://falloutphilippines.blogspot.com/...
1500 cpm = 1.5 milliREM per hour. That is 15 microSv/hr, or 131 milliSv/year.
10,000 cpm = 10 milliREM per hour. That equals 100 microSv/hr, or 876 milliSv/year.
so if i can calculate from what my good friend at fallotuphillipines says.
That Gamma Pic is showing 300 uSV/Hour and oh BTW those workers? They are
damned close to lethal doses. But, I am sure the Shills are out there screaming
even now "NOBODY has died from Fukushima" . What's so annoying is that half of
those Shills are here on this site. Markos bans people for 9/11 truthing, we should
have a similiar rule for Fukushima Deathing. This damned thing is killing people
and it will kill a whole lot more before it's over. If it ends...

According to Kawata, soil in a 600 square kilometer area mostly to the northwest of the Fukushima plant is likely to have absorbed radioactive cesium of over 1.48 million becquerels per square meter, the yardstick for compulsory migration orders in the 1986 Chernobyl catastrophe.
Kawata also said soil in a 700 square km area is likely to have absorbed 555,000-1.48 million becquerels per square meter, which was a criteria for temporary migration during the Chernobyl disaster.
Kawata estimated the soil contamination using data on radiation levels in the air monitored by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
The size of the contaminated areas in the Fukushima crisis is one-tenth to one-fifth of those polluted in the Chernobyl disaster, Kawata said.
No doubt we will see the shills screaming that see, see, see, Fukushima is only 10%
a chernobyl...
Well if we check harvey wassermans Outstanding Blog post...
http://www.dailykos.com/...
ew readings show levels of radioisotopes found up to 30 kilometers offshore from the on-going crisis at Fukushima are ten times higher than those measured in the Baltic and Black Seas during Chernobyl (http://nukefree.org/.... ).
“When it comes to the oceans, says Ken Buesseler, a chemical oceonographer at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, “the impact of Fukushima exceeds Chernobyl.”
The news comes amidst a tsunami of devastating revelations about the Fukushima disaster and the crumbling future of atomic power:
really nice research job, Harvey. My Hat is off to you...
so 10X this area of the ocean is contaminated, and if you look at yesterdays diary
everything from Tokyo to Chiba is high iodine and cesium deposits....
BTW don't take that small land area as okay data, i'm sure the Japanese
Bureaucrats slipped the digits by 10-100.
The Iodine SPEEDI maps show 30 times the area as the MESC maps. Given
the people who quit over the SPEEDI coverup, i think SPEEDI is good data.
Video streaming by Ustream
3+ uSV/Hour. that's 3 chest X Rays a day... But somehow the Shills will be
screaming that there is no proof that this is hurting people....

A team of experts from the UN's nuclear watchdog group has arrived in Japan to investigate the accident at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant and has met with Japan's industry minister Banri Kaieda.
Kaieda met the team from the International Atomic Energy Agency in Tokyo on Tuesday evening. The team of nuclear experts from Britain, France and other nations arrived in Japan earlier in the day.
Filed under a picture tells a thousand words...
Check this out, look at the IAEA guys face. Can someone Caption this?
You just know he wants to beat the Minister but there are witnesses around.
Meanwhile, a makeshift storage area with a capacity of 10,000 tons of water is filling up fast, and will reach capacity in 5 days. As of Monday morning, the building contained 8,700 tons of water. At the current transfer rate of 12 tons per hour, the facility will be full by the end of the week, at which point the water removal operation will stop until a treatment facility is complete.
I'm sure the IAEA teams wants to walk around in radioactive soup at 12 tons/hour

tainment chambers of damaged reactors at its Fukushima nuclear plant were likely breached, identifying additional source of radiation leaks that may exceed Chernobyl.
Computer simulations of the meltdowns of three reactors in March indicates holes formed in chambers, the company known as Tepco said in a report.
The analysis confirms what independent researchers have said occurred after the March 11 earthquake and tsunami hit the plant. The report to the government raises fresh questions about how Tepco, which took more than two months to acknowledge fuel rods had melted, is handling the crisis, a nuclear researcher said.
So TEPCO says "It's likely the CV on 1 and 2 are breached." So our favorite shills
spent weeks denouncing anyone would have the temerity to say the containments
were breached.
but my issue is this sodium reactor thats busted in monju .
lets get this straight. A Breeder reactor full of plutonium, buried in Liquid Sodium
has a 3 Ton 36 foot long tool wedged in it, and it's deformed from heat. The Plant
manager commits Seppuku....
so something really big and reasonably heavy is jammed in the middle of a reactor
full of liquid radioactive sodium...
A disadvantage of sodium is its chemical reactivity, which requires special precautions to prevent and suppress fires. If sodium comes into contact with water it explodes, and it burns when in contact with air. In addition, neutrons cause it to become radioactive; however, activated sodium has a half-life of only 15 hours.[
now before the shills get all hot about the 15 hour halflife, it's the other stuff,
cesium, etc that are the problem.
Plus the MOX Fuel inside MONJU.....

Tokyo Electric Power Company, operator of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear
power plant, has suspended work transferring highly radioactive water from two
of the reactor buildings to storage facilities at the plant.
The utility stopped the work at 9 AM on Wednesday, saying it needed to work on
power supply lines.
It said when that work is finished it will resume the transfer of water from the
Number 2 reactor, but not from Number 3, because storage facilities are nearly
full.
Contaminated water accumulating in the reactors' turbine buildings and utility
tunnels is hampering the utility's efforts to get the crippled nuclear plant under
control.
Tokyo Electric is aiming to transfer a total of 14,000 tons of contaminated water
from the two reactor buildings to the storage facilities.
That work is about 90 percent complete at the Number 3 reactor building, but
can't be finished until the utility determines how much more storage space is left.
The operator of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant says the containment
vessel of the No.1 reactor may have been damaged about 18 hours after the
March 11th earthquake, allowing highly radioactive water to leak.
The quake knocked out the reactor's cooling system. The situation is believed to
have caused the fuel rods to melt, creating holes in the pressure vessel, and
damaging the containment vessel.
On Tuesday, Tokyo Electric Power Company, or TEPCO, released the results of
its analysis of the temperature and water level of the reactor.
The temperature of the containment vessel began to rise immediately after the
earthquake. It shot up 15 hours after the quake, when a meltdown is believed to
have occurred.
At 9 AM on March 12th, around 18 hours after the quake, the vessel's
temperature had reached 300 degrees Celsius. That's more than double the
temperature it was designed to withstand.
So the Containment was in breach and leaking within 18 hours of the accident.
Wow. I wonder how the shills who sat their screaming that the CV was fine
are saying now.
Japan's government has left its basic economic assessment unchanged, while
expressing concern over the negative impacts of the ongoing Fukushima nuclear
accident on the domestic economy.
In its monthly economic report for May, released on Tuesday, the Cabinet Office
lowered its evaluation of corporate earnings, capital investment and housing
construction.
The report says corporate production is falling due partly to disrupted supplies of
industrial parts, which is leading to a decline in exports.
The report concluded that the economy is showing continuing signs of weakness,
and maintained its April assessment, which was downgraded for the first time in
6 months following the disaster in March.
The government says the ongoing nuclear accident could further increase
consumer reluctance to spend and hurt Japan's tourism and retail industries. It
adds that overseas fears of radiation may also undermine exports of Japanese
farm and industrial products
the Word from some of the smart folks at ZeroHedge is this will knock down Japanese GDP by 5%, but, I think it may be more like 20%. The electrical troubles and
reluctance to buy are likely to be worse then we suspect.

[ EDIT joleau has a wonderful diary she brought up it's well worth reading]
All our times have come
Here but now they're gone
Seasons don't fear the reaper
Nor do the wind, the sun or the rain..we can be like they are
Come on baby...don't fear the reaper
Baby take my hand...don't fear the reaper
We'll be able to fly...don't fear the reaper
Baby I'm your man...
Valentine is done
Here but now they're gone
Romeo and Juliet
Are together in eternity...Romeo and Juliet
40,000 men and women everyday...Like Romeo and Juliet
40,000 men and women everyday...Redefine happiness
Another 40,000 coming everyday...We can be like they are
Come on baby...don't fear the reaper
Baby take my hand...don't fear the reaper
We'll be able to fly...don't fear the reaper
Baby I'm your man...
Love of two is one
Here but now they're gone
Came the last night of sadness
And it was clear she couldn't go on
Then the door was open and the wind appeared
The candles blew then disappeared
The curtains flew then he appeared...saying don't be afraid
Come on baby...and she had no fear
And she ran to him...then they started to fly
They looked backward and said goodby...she had become like they are
She had taken his hand...she had become like they are
Come on baby...don't fear the reaper
