Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the Constitution says the following:
The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned.
Is not S&P now questioning the validity of the US's debt? Is this company not based in New York City, which (last I checked) a company in America? I think it's time we take these guys in for treason.
