This isn't the diary (er, "post") on Disaster Preparedness, but it is a reminder and a link to the complete unabridged full-length one-shot republish by Seneca Doane of the original multi-part series by AlphaGeek (also linked).
I don't know if "Rec'ing" either the one by Seneca Doane or AlphaGeek's first in the series would have a shot at the rec list, and with Irene approaching I thought it would behoove us to have something on the Rec List that made it easier to access that information.
