The semi-annual livability ratings compiled by The Economist Intelligence Unit has been released.
The study quantifies quantifies the challenges that might be presented to an individual's lifestyle in 140 cities worldwide.
For some odd reason, they seem to have overlooked most American cities (except for Obama's birthplace, Honolulu, which as we know is not really in America).
Let's examine the criteria; perhaps the EIU is biased.
Stability
Healthcare,
Culture and Environment
Education

MOST LIVEABLE CITIES 2011
1: Melbourne
2: Vienna
3: Vancouver
4: Toronto
5: Calgary
6: Sydney
7: Helsinki
8: Perth
9: Adelaide
10: Auckland
...
26: Honolulu
As you can see, the EIU clearly hates America even though we are exceptional. Who really cares about trifling things like crumbling roads, sick people, and failing schools? Plus, they obviously overlooked the stability of our efficient political system. And culture? Shit, we got culture coming out our asses.
