This is interesting.
Mrs. Angela Dominguez accepted a new job with a towing company earlier this summer. She left her old job, at a different towing company, where she made $10 and hour. At the new company, she makes $13.
The interesting bit about this, is that Mrs. Dominguez was asked to sign a non-compete agreement with her former employer- and that employer is ordering her to resign from her new job, or face a lawsuit.
While non-compete agreements are common in the C-suite, administrative workers such as Mrs. Dominguez rarely are subject to them. It seems that by pursuing this non-compete agreement so aggressively, the prior employer is effectively trying to blacklist Mrs. Dominguez and force its current employees to work at lower wages, as they have no choice to go to another company.
Free market indeed. How much do you want to bet that United Road Towing is owned by a teabagger, Democrat? (UPDATE: Can't find any information on the owner looks like this is a private company Jerry Corcoran is the CEO, apparently is a Democrat. Joy. )
One more step to realizing economic slavery for the working class.
11:22 AM PT: I was just looking for the 3TV KTVK source on this, but can't find it anywhere on the site (azfamily.com) - It was there last night. That is a bit interesting, too.

They were sued by the US EEOC for discriminatory medical leave policies just last year: http://www.eeoc.gov/...
A real great company, huh?
