Do you know who Guy Kawasaki is? During the 80's Guy worked for Apple and his business card read "Evangelist". Later he headed up a Mac database company and has been in and out of the business world. He's written several books about building companies and delighting customers.

On NPR I heard a Republican candidate (I can't even remember which one--does it really matter?) say that the reason entrepreneurs aren't starting companies is excessive regulation and corporate taxes.

"Then you're not an entrepreneur, so stay on the porch."

If you come to Silicon Valley and tell people that you can't succeed because of regulation and taxes, be prepared to be laughed at.
Next time you talk to a Republican't who spouts this nonsense tell him he'd never make in Silicon Valley.
