I'm pretty lousy at writing these diaries, so I'll be brief. The Title is the headline from the Guardian UK.
The article is short and pretty much to the point, but the really great part is that in the story is the Complaint itself.
My legal background is ZERO, but after reading the first 17 pages, it is pretty blistering, blaming the Board for willful neglect (my words).
A prominent group of US banks and investment funds with substantial investments in News Corporation has issued a fresh legal complaint accusing the company of widespread corporate misconduct extending far beyond the phone-hacking excesses of News of the World.
The full text of the complaint filed here in the US is in the first few lines of the article.
