Though the quest for justice recently viewed a glimpse of hope in the Orange County California District Attorney's announcement of murder and manslaughter charges of two (2) of the six (6) Fullerton Police officers involved in the brutal murder of mentally ill, homeless man Kelly Thomas (see previous Diary & videos (here)). We still have incestuous and systemic abuse of the public's trust by public servant bullies throughout this country.
We are no longer a nation of the Rule of Law, but that of power/ money & might makes right. Just this past weekend, due to the fact that our Government is willing to give $700 Billion dollar bailouts and our public servants are only slapping the wrist of the likes of Goldman Sachs, Bank of America and such, while the SEC has confessed to destroying case files for more than a decade - including Madoff complaints - caused thousands of protestors to protest against Wall Street.
Wall Protests against Corporate America buying our DC politicians.
Here's an OpEd news story by Mark Adams Esquire (here) that quotes Susan Sarandon on the Wall Street Protest's as stating;
Susan Sarandon Supports OWS!
Susan Sarandon talked about the harm which the bankers have caused to Americans. She spoke of the lost jobs, the stolen homes, the broken dreams, the banker bailouts and bonuses, and the government's failure to bail out the victims of the banksters' crimes. She said that it is time for Americans to demand accountability from the government, that it is time to end favoritism and injustice, and that the American people should be incensed!
Susan pointed out that change does not come from those in power, but instead, that positive change comes when people are willing to demand change and demand justice. She said that the movement is building, that people need to join in the movement to get real change, and that people need to register to vote and vote most of the incumbents out of office because only a few of them act in the public's best interests.
What is important is the fact that our public servants, who the American citizens pay for through sales tax, gas tax, income tax, real estate tax and every other fee, tax and garnishment that can be thought of - Yet - our public servants seem to forget the fact that they work for us. They are employed by us to protest us from people like the abusive public servant bully'ing hordes.
If it were not for the Kelly Thomas national media coverage, that came about solely due to the fact that Ron Thomas, a former Orange County Sherrif, turned down $900,000 in hush money - that was compounded with the reality that the powers that be (the Police and Fullerton city officials) were caught red-handed lying about the fact that Kelly Thomas was senselessly beaten to death. No doubt no justice would have transpired in the Kelly Thomas case.
For this is what happened in that affair - the officers lied and said Kelly Thomas assaulted them, resisted arrest and committed other crimes. If it were not for video recordings made public and other witnesses who came forward - their lies would have prevailed. Yet we now know the truth of the matter is Fullerton Police Officer Manuel Ramos put on rubber gloves, whilst Kelly Thomas was on the ground sitting still and forewarned Kelly, that he was about to "F----k you up with these;
OC DA Says Tape of Police threatening to harm homeless man
Keith Olbermann says lack of Media coverage astounding
Unfortunately, what motivates citizens is unity of spirit and that spirit only seems to transpire if the media, bought and paid for by special interests, is willing to grant us a paltry minute or two of views into what is really transpiring in our world. As Keith Olbermann points out on his show, the media refuses to detail truly noteworthy stories, such as the Wall Street Protests;
Olbermann denouning MSM failure to cover Wall Street Protests
Meanwhile, there are other Kelly Thomas type cases transpiring with almost no coverage whatsoever - due to the lack of mass video publication thereof. Such as this story by the internationally known Blogger Jonathan Turley about Brad Williams (not the small man superstar) - who was brutalized by police for taking a video of police brutality (see Turley's Blog "Chicago Police Allegedly Beat Up man Who Videotapes Them-- (here)).
Our nation's capital does not want to mess out on the contest of who can be the most brutal to the most weakest among us, so the Washington D.C. police take a handi-cap man from his wheel chair and through him to the ground, making him bleed. As you can see from the phone video here;
DC Police throw handi-cap man to ground making him bleed
Oklahoma local Police shoots dog for the fun of it
In this video, you will see that the brutality of police, are not restricted to people alone. Without just cause, over reacting in a manner almost pathological, the policeman sees a dog running, pulls out his gun and shoots him dead. Initially the police claimed that the officer was attacked. However, when the owner of the pet told them that she had a video, they tried to buy her off and told her she could not show the video to anyone. She declined their hush money and has sued the department to seek justice. Saying it is not about money - but accountability.
OK Police lies exposed by video of Police shooting dog
Unfortunately, it also appears that public servant brutality is systemic and incestuous, no matter how big the case or issue at hand may be. In the Bradley Manning affair, Col. Ann Wright and Daniel Ellsberg are assaulted also.
Police Brutality against Col. Ann Wright and Daniel Ellsberg in the Manning affair
People applauding abuse while Officer cancels 911 help - for man he beat up
As logic and evidence demonstrates, when criminals can get away with criminal conduct, even when that criminalistic behavior comes from a public servant, things only tend to get worse.
In this example, we have a man who was beaten to the point of bleeding and the officer who beat him and the store workers who watched, not only congragulated each other on the brutality, but they actually cancelled 911 response teams - Twice - when local citizens tried to get the man some help. The abusing parties worked for a Washington State retailer named QFC and claimed that them man was shoplifting - in order to justify their brutality. They even used the "N" word and said that "N---" deserved it. We have to be thankful for the citizen who took the time to tell the story the local media refuses to do.

George Execution of Troy Davis
Just a few days ago, though more than 650,000 signatures were gathered, despite 7 of 9 eyewitnesses recanting their testimony. Rejecting requests of former President Jimmy Carter, the Pope, current Federal Justice and former Chief of the FBI William Sessions pleas for clemency, the State of Georgia engaged in deliberate brutality and murdered Troy Davis.
We are doing our own research of the issues and seeking to publish all truths about the Troy Davis case. Today, Washington DC Journalist/ Activist Andrew Kreig published upon his blog at the Justice-Integrity-Project - the following backgrounds on the case and how US Supreme Court Justice Clareance Thomas is extremely biased "for" executions.
See the detail story by Andrew Kreig here;
http://www.justice-integrity.org/...
Where Andrew denotes the facts that executions by states of innocent parties are systemic and incestuous - without remorse. But Mr. Kreig points out the issues correctly that the family just wanted it "over with" as Andrew Kreig states in his blog (here) - that;
The Davis Execution
This background helps decipher the review process in the Davis murder conviction for a 1989 fatal shooting during a mugging outside a fast-food restaurant in Savannah. The victim was off-duty policeman Mark MacPhail. A jury of seven blacks and five whites sentenced Davis to death based on eyewitness testimony. But a worldwide clemency campaign led by Color of Change and similar death penalty opponents and skeptics generated hundreds of thousands of signatures saying that even a 174-page district court review of the case in 2010 did not provide a just result. But the victim’s mother, Anneliese MacPhail, among others, had a different view. “He’s had all the chances in the world,” she said of Davis. “It has got to come to an end.”
The Supreme Court responded with a one-sentence statement at 10:43 p.m. on Sept. 21: “The application for stay of execution of death presented to Justice Thomas and by him referred to the Court is denied.” Davis, age 42, proclaimed his innocence once again, and soon received a fatal injection that had its effect by 11:08 p.m., when he was pronounced dead.

Presidential wannabe Rick Perry Boast's about Texas Executions
During the Republican Presidential debates, Texas Governor Rick Perry bragged about how Texas is quick to pull the drigger on the execution button in Texas. During the debate, the crowds cheered and applauded the fact that Governor Perry, a purported Christian, boasted about the fact that he sleeps well at night - despite the fact that he has put to death more than 200 people, during his administration.
Video shows disgusting blood thirsty supporters of Rick Perry
However, Governor Perry is guilty in the eyes of Justice - when it comes to giving out the death penalty appropriately. Cameron Todd Willingham was 1 innocent person who was put to death during Governor Perry's reign. There's now irrefutable evidence that the execution was of an innocent man - and Governor Perry "initially" conveniened an investigation into the debacle. However, when the facts were going to tarnish Governor Perry's role and point out the fact that Texas was in pursuit of the death penalty excessively, despite evidence of innocence, Governor Perry then fired the investigator and closed the investigation.
Should one who kills an investigation into the murder of innocents - also find him or her self to be held accountable to the citizens. Especially when it was the murder of a man who lost his children to an accident that was not of his own making?

We just learned (from Wikipedia's Willingham references) that a 2011 Louis Black (co-founder of The Austin Chronicle) Awarded through the South by Southwest [Film] Festival - an award to the Cameron Todd Willingham documentary entitled "Incendiary: The Willingham Case" - see the movie link here;

IN CONCLUSION;
Recently, Elizabeth Warren spoke out logically, about "class warfare" and how nobody got rich on their own. As can be seen in this Talking Points Memo detail of Elizabeth Warren's remarks that - you who are rich was permitted to do so by moving your goods upon the roads the rest of us paid for. You hired workers that the rest of us educated to assist you. Poignant and correct - as stated;
I hear all this, you know, ‘Well, this is class warfare, this is whatever,’” Warren said. “No. There is nobody in this country who got rich on his own — nobody.
“You built a factory out there? Good for you. But I want to be clear. You moved your goods to market on the roads the rest of us paid for. You hired workers the rest of us paid to educate. You were safe in your factory because of police-forces and fire-forces that the rest of us paid for. You didn’t have to worry that marauding bands would come and seize everything at your factory — and hire someone to protect against this — because of the work the rest of us did.
Also seen in this video...
Elizabeth Warren nails this subject on the proverbial head too. Public servants are paid by the American citizenry. To protect the American citizenry, to uphold the Laws provided by blood upon the alter of sacrifice of the American citizenry.
You, public servants - ALL - are working for us - the American People. We buy, sell trade and provide your pay, your insurance and even your retirement at rates equal to or even greater than Social Security. You are indebted to us and are accountable to us and should RESPECT all of us. Even the wine-O who pays only .0004 percent of your salary in the taxes he or she pays in buying products provided on American soil, sold in America, taxed many times before it gets to the end user - to pay for your standard of living.
All public servants are granted, just by being blessed to be allowed to be employed by us - you are blessed with our utmost respect and gratitude.
UNTIL you spurn and bite the hands the feed you with your haughtier.
Woe to you who indulge in the hubris of looking down upon us with a sneer.
The Sword of Truth & Humility will quickly strike you.
There is hope, as can be seen by the Republican Governor who has taken the extra ordinary step - Twice - in a short period of time, to understand who it is that he works for and why we elect, hire, nominate or place you into office. You, our public servants are to do the right thing, and abide by the Laws we have made with our sweat & blood.
Lest we spend more blood and sweat reminding you - and it won't be pretty!
Kudo's to Ohio Governor John Kasich who defied the policy of his party and even the blood lust desire for vengence against persons who are guilty of their crimes. As he gave clemency to 2 different persons on death row, realizing that there are others less fortunate than most, whose life steered them wrong.

If we can show mercy to the guilty, we MUST show consideration for the innocent and potentially innocent. For failure to do so throws us back to the days of yore, where the West was Wild and Purist's could put the likes of Galileo in jail or purported witches to death - just for something to do.
We cannot advance as a species or per person, until we stand together against tyranny, cronyism and corruption. Every citizen has to say no to brutality. Every citizen has to say no to Robber Baron's being above the Law. Every citizen has to say NO to corruption, willful blindness to white collar crimes and the destruction of case files. Lest all we see is the end of America.
Color of Law is the pretense that the Law is being applied, when in fact the Law is being assaulted, abused and corruption by betrayal of public oath's are transpiring. Citizens will only be lax or apathetic for a short time, while such deeds persists.
Please stand up and fight for your American way of life
Or - you will - Let it go!
