Nope, it's not "President Obama." It's not "Speaker Pelosi.' Heck, it's not even "Speaker Cantor." The scariest two words in the English language to John Boehner are "I Object." Pretty innocuous, no? Not if you're Speaker Boehner. If he hears those two wonderful words when he asks for Unanimous Consent to accept the Senate's payroll tax extension, he may start sobbing again.
If there's some Democrat out there with the guts to call out the Republicans, he or she will object to the motion. By objecting, Boehner will be forced to convene a full session to consider the bill, and every Republican will have to vote aye or nay ON THE RECORD. Every Tea Bagger will be forced to choose between voting with Obama or voting for a tax increase. Every Republican right winger will have to choose between tanking the economy for political ends or voting for a middle class tax break.
Start emailing and tweeting your congressman right now, because if just a single Democrat has a backbone, we can find out just have craven and disgusting many (most?) of these Republicans truly are.
