I'm just reading of another LGBT teen suicide. Another teen that made an 'It gets better' video just weeks before his death and my heart breaks again.
Story from Queerlandia:
Eric James Borges, 19, of Visalia, California, succumbed to suicide Wednesday, January 11, 2012. Known as EricJames to his friends, he was an intern with the Trevor Project, and a Supplemental instructor at the College of the Sequoias.

You can watch Eric's 'It gets better' video here. You can just feel the sadness in his heart. He tells us it gets better, but I don't know that I would have believed him if I had watched this prior to learning of his death.
I just don't know what can be done to help someone so damaged. I would hope that with his involvement in the Trevor project someone might have thought to themselves 'we have to keep a really close eye on this kid'.

I really hope that someday equality will reign and that we'll look back and say yeah, it GOT better...
