This'll be a short diary, since it's past 8pm and I'm about to head to dinner, but I wanted to get this out there. Since changing the law to make it harder to collect signatures didn't work, and physically harassing signature gatherers didn't work, and making the state do part of Walker's job in vetting signatures didn't work, and trying to successfully challenge half a million of those signatures obviously isn't working...the assembly has now voted to amend the constitution such that officeholders cannot be recalled unless they've been charged with a serious crime or there's a finding of probable cause that they violated the state code of ethics (which of course they have, but who's going to find that?)
