It's Saturday afternoon and I'm located in a Barnes and Noble book store, sitting in a Starbucks, tapping out this diary on my Mac Air laptop. I think back to when I was growing up and remember something called a "library" that I used to visit and that every Saturday morning my dad would take us to a local cafe for the classic eggs, bacon, and hash browns. The waitress knew all our names and memorized our favorite things to order. I'm now living the replacement of that childhood memory....private replacing publicly/locally owned.
The world has changed sooooooooooo much. Not a lot of deep political thoughts in this diary, but wanted to jot down what's going through my mind.
