Final numbers aren't in, but it appears Susan DelBene has decisively defeated Darcy Burner for the Democratic nomination in the WA-1 Congressional District. DelBene outspent Burner a zillion to one.
Former Microsoft vice president Suzan DelBene, mounting a seven-figure TV blitz and dominating in-state endorsements, was easily defeating liberal "NetRoots" activist Darcy Burner in the hotly contested Democratic nomination race in the wide-open 1st U.S. House district.
DelBene will go on to face Republican Snohomish County Councilman John Koster, the lone Republican in the contest and twice a candidate in the old 2nd Congressional district. DelBene is a high teckie from the Eastside. Koster is a former dairu farmer from Arlington.
"I did talk to Darcy Burner and she congratulated me on the citory," DelBene said.

(Neologians will be pleased to add two new words to their vocabulary: dairu and citory.)
Not much more to say. Darcy would make a great cabinet appointment, though.
