At Paul Ryan's homecoming rally, which was actually held in Waukesha, Wisconsin and not Janesville, Wisconsin, Ryan's hometown, Wisconsin Lieutenant Governor Rebecca Kleefisch (R) was quoted by WISC-TV's Jessica Arp as saying:
When history looks back and remembers 2012, children will say 'what was in the water in Wisconsin?
Well, in the Town of Concord in Jefferson County, human waste is in the well water thanks to Herr Environmental dumping three times the legally allowed amount of human waste over farm fields. State Assemblyman Joel Kleefisch, Rebecca's husband,
tried to defend Herr Environmental from Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources regulators.
Additionally, in the Town of Jackson in Washington County, gasoline is in the water there thanks to a corroded gasoline pipeline that sprung a leak.
Rebecca Kleefisch, we know what's in the water in Wisconsin!
