That's right, I've worked full time since 1983, voted Democractic since 1980, and never asked for a handout.  Now I'm a freeloader.  You can suck my Mitt.  Forgetting for a moment that this is bullshit, me and people like me have subsidized Mr. Romney for years.  He is taxed at 13% whereas people like me are paying at rates of 20% to 25%.  In short, we have to pay more in taxes so he can pay less.  For some reason the tax code favors "businessmen" like Mr. Romney who specialize in buying and selling companies, which is a more attactive business than ohers because of the tax code.  So, the fact of the matter is that the only freeloader I know is Mitt, and what is worse is I subsidize him.  I doubt he has ever thought of this, but someone needs to ask him.

Mitt, why do I have to subsidize your business affairs?

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.

on his face each year when he has to start taking 5 mil or so per year out of his hundred-million-dollar IRA, though. At least he'll be taxed on that as ordinary income. We can only hope, lol.

he truly does not understand the "middle class" (those poor SOBs who take home a measly 250k or less). I make less than a tenth of Mr. Romney's middle class ideal and I pay federal income tax on it, at a higher rate than he does too.

I can over look that, i don't like it, but I can get past it. for Romney to incessantly and waveringly insult, degrade, and dismiss those who he considers "beneath him" cannot stand. See my sig, Plato had it right three thousand years ago. The wealthy who care only for generating more wealth cannot be allowed access to the reigns of power, lest the rest of us be swept away and plowed under by their greed.
