By (almost) all accounts, Mitt Romney had a very bad week.
Among the many indignities he suffered were:
Lesser men would've packed their bags and gone home after all that, but not Mitt Romney—he's a survivor.
Mitt didn't have what you people would call a "privileged" upbringing; he wasn't lucky enough to have been born to Latino parents.

Christine O'Donnell contemplated reprising her role as Republican spoiler.
Christine O'Donnell's 2010 run for Senate in Delaware has become a cautionary Tea Party tale. Riding a wave of Tea Party anger, she defeated the more moderate Rep. Mike Castle in the GOP primary — who was believed to have the best shot at winning in the general election — only to then lose to Democrat Chris Coons.
But O'Donnell wants another run.
According to Delaware Online, O'Donnell is considering a rematch with Coons, now the state's junior senator, when he is up for reelection in 2014.
"I think I owe that to my supporters, to at least consider a run," O'Donnell said in an interview last week. "People sacrificed. Not only came out of their comfort zone — sacrificed to work hard in order to win the primary. And I think that I owe it to them to give it every consideration."

Rush Limbaugh blamed feminists for his shortcomings.
Rush Limbaugh on Thursday lashed out at feminists — who he called "feminazis" — over the news that male genitalia are shrinking.
The conservative radio host pointed to an Italian study which found that the average male penis was 10 percent smaller than 50 years ago. Researchers cited weight gain around the waist, smoking, stress and environmental pollutants as factors.
But Limbaugh wasn’t buying that explanation.
"I think it's feminism," he declared. "If it's tied to the last 50 years — the average size of [a male's] member is 10 percent smaller than 50 years — it has to be the feminazis, the chickification and everything else."
"Give 'em time and they'll blame Bush. But air pollution vs. feminazis? Ha!"
And, in other news...
Rick Perry spoke in tongues.
"Satan runs across the world with his doubt and with his untruths and what have you and one of the untruths out there that is driven is that people of faith should not be involved in the public arena. ... Somehow or another there's this, ya know, steel wall, this iron curtain or whatever you want to call it between the church and people of faith and this separation of church and state is just false on its face. We have a biblical responsibility to be involved in the public arena proclaiming God's truth."
Heaven Government help us.
