No - really. Not intentionally, but it reeks of Head and Shoulders and it doesn't work right anymore.
So technology - we all love it. Except Luddites, but then they aren't likely to be here.
My phone was in my shower bag and my friend sat on the bag. Nothing on that side of the table will ever suffer dandruff again.
But you don't think about how much you need a phone until you don't have one.
Now that I don't have a working phone to make calls with - I'm digging around for the old one - and very glad I don't throw things away.
I don't actually like phones that much. I don't like talking on them. I'd much rather talk in person or text. Dunno why, I'm just that way. I did like this phone because it was A - cheap and B - had a keyboard so I could text faster. It doesn't text fast at all when it's sticky and blue.
Not having a phone isolates you. You miss out on information and keeping in touch - important events - and the ability to reach out to other people. Not to mention things like jobs and such. but coming up with the money for a replacement is out of the question - so it's back to the old school.
Now my phone is mostly dead - I can kind of text on it when it feels like staying on the same screen, but not always. So if you are someone I occasionally talk to and I keep popping up calling and not saying anything - IT'S THE DAMN PHONE.
