I realize the President is actually busy running the Country and dealing with real time important issues, and did not have the luxury of dropping everything for 24/7 prep for the debate.

However, he needs to let the people know he is doing the job and why things are not going faster.

The 100's of Bills blocked for a VOTE in the Senate. the Obstruction of the GOP since the 2008 Election, the fact that if you cut 5 Trillion from the Budget and do not raise revenues the difference comes from SOMEWHERE and there are not 5 Trillion in loop holes to close.

Last night Romney had nothing to lose and everything to gain, Obama had nothing to win and everything to lose, no wait, Obama did have something to win, it was the election in a knock out.

Mr' president I know you are used to honest debate about facts everyone agree to be true. That if you lay out a detail explanation that explains your reasoning, logic will dictate the obvious course of action. However Mr. President the evidence of the Governing GOP make it clear that this is not how Republicans approach governance. The NEW GOP believes in pushing the rules to the limit, ignoring facts and the truth for political advantage, and trying to get away with as much as possible and lying is now in the tools of the trade.

Mr. president you need to bluntly tell the people the facts, not lay out an argument and let the People come to their own conclusion, they will not. They will believe the conclusion told to them by Romney using some of YOUR facts way out of context.

Mr. President, tell us what we need to know, in a bullet point.
Mr. President, tell us what we need to do, in a bullet point.
Mr. president, tell us why we need to do it NOW, in a bullet point.
Then Mr' president, tell it to the People AGAIN.

Mr. President we need a leader who will fight for us, ALL 100% of us, you don't need to get in the gutter, but you do need to get in the fight, take off the gloves

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
