The guy below held the sign for hours while forty five thousand runners ran by it.  I'm sure there were Romney supporters who saw it but he didn't care if he offended.  Rather, he called out Mr. Ryan for lying about his marathon time.  I look forward to President Obama and Vice President Biden calling out their respective opponents on their lies at each of the remaining debates.  This guy stood on a cold corner at 18th and Ashland for at least three hours to get his point across.  I hope they will show the same willingness to engage.  The media isn't going to call out Romney and Ryan on their lies, so it is up to the President and Vice President to do the same.

What am I going to do?  At each of the next three debates, I will donate $20.00 for each time President Obama or Vice President Biden tell their respective opponent that "that is not true", "that's not what you said before", or any other similar statement that points out the lie.  If I hear the word "lie" I'll donate a $100.00 for each time the word "lie" is used.  Won't you join me?

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
