6:26 PM PT: Romney now once again claiming he doesn't plan to cut taxes on the rich. But as he said earlier this year: he plans on cutting taxes on everybody by 20 percent — including the top 1 percent.
6:26 PM PT: Romney says not being taxed on investment income "makes life a lot easier." I guess he would know.

6:29 PM PT: Obama is so much more credible explaining his position on taxes. Says Romney and his congressional allies are holding tax breaks on income under $250K hostage, but that he wants to extend them. And return upper income rates to Clinton era.
6:29 PM PT: Obama blasts Romney for saying he thinks its fair that he (Romney) pays a lower tax rate than people making $50,000. I wonder if Romney will be dumb enough to try to rebut Obama.
