While watching the debate tonight (not as a voter), I noticed a few things that I haven't seen mentioned here tonight.
Where the hell was the talk about the BP spill during the drilling permits talk?
Why did no one talk about how using the Tar Sands is a fucking terrible idea?
Why do I get the feeling that when Romney says "energy independence for North America" what he really means is "all of Canada's resources belong to us"? Why does this seems like an assumption that both parties make? Does this seem fucked up to anyone else?
Is it just me, or does Romney go out of his way to say "foreign" when talking about the President? (At around the 33 minute mark)
Did Ex-Governor Pataki say on MSNBC that the US has no refineries? Is that what he said? I must have heard that wrong. Because if that's what he said, someone should get him to a hospital right away.
Since we got to see the clocks, and see those clocks get ignored, am I the only one who thinks time clock shock collars would cut down on the BS?
Did I miss either candidate say the words "carbon", "climate", "change", "pollution". or anything similar?
Was Romney the only one that got two back to back chances at the same question? (During the NRA ass kissing section)
******
My apologies if any of this has been mentioned. Can't see everything.
