As Election Day kicks off, Republicans continue to lead in Colorado in early voting.
About 1.94 million of Colorado's 2.7 million active voters have cast their ballots by mail or in person at an early-voting location, according to the latest figures from the secretary of state.
The party breakdown of those who have already voted is: Republicans, 698,620; Democrats, 663,282; and unaffiliated voters, 560,512.
Polls close at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
