Dinesh D'Souza has just penned one of the most bizarre and delusional post-election observations to emerge from the conservative, chattering class.
Please, proceed D'Souza:
Let us collectively take this opportunity to point and laugh at this
New York Times bestseller, at this author of unintentionally satirical works such as
Obama's America and
The Roots of Obama's Rage – works which tried to scare Americans by scarring them with his fictions about Obama.
Let us laugh at his perverse worldview. At his pathetic attempts to (still) scare us. At his, well...
...at the fact that he has lost.
All that remains for D'Souza? The ramblings of a manipulative mind whose past writings failed their mark, and whose current writings are merely the echoes of someone defeated, hollering within the caverns of his famished intellect, hoping someone, somewhere will heed his Lion King metaphor.
Did you hear that? A Lion King metaphor? For Obama? After his electoral victory? After casting aside D'Souza, whose sole purpose for the last four years has been defeating Obama with a poison-tipped pen?
And D'Souza's response? The Lion King? Be prepared?
