During the whirl-winds of General's betraying U.S. - and the sex scandals galore - chances are Pitten's will not get too much mention in the next few weeks. However, after 8 1/2 years of the Wilmington Delaware federal BK Court telling me that I can not speak; I've finally have been granted a right to be heard on December 4, 2012 (at 10:30 a.m.).

Though the hearing has been marked for my rights to compensation; the agenda is far more consequential. At that time, I will say it loud and proud - that Mitt Romney and Bain Capital (along with their many cronies & cohorts) - ought to be investigate, arrested and go to prison for massive federal frauds & corruption!

Summary of Issues

Romney "retroactive" era

Everyone is well aware that Mitt Romney "claims" to have been retroactively retired from Bain Capital (from August 2001 - back to February 1999). What is specious about this timing is the fact that Morris Nichols law firm ("MNAT") (that handled the Mormon Churches claim on the Howard Hughes estate) - has confessed to lying to a Chief federal justice 15 times - so that they could become the eToys attorney.

Crooks betrayed their clients and sold out to Bain Capital

Where they then sold out eToys (harming their court approved client) - for the sake of benefiting their (secret) clients (Goldman Sachs & Bain Capital). Basically giving away a brand new public company (eToys) to Bain Capital/ Michael Glazer/ Kay Bee - for FREE (illegally).

Romney/ Bain Benefit from Federal Corruption

There was no investigation and/ or prosecution - because the United States Attorney of August 2, 2001 - was Colm Connolly.  He was a partner of MNAT from March 2001 to August 2001 (the very same period of time Mitt Romney seeks to be "retroactively" resigned from). For his entire tenure as a sworn public servant (to protect U.S. from enemies foreign & Domestic) - Colm Connolly refused to investigate and/ or prosecute his former partners/ clients (Please see his resume at the DOJ OLP website (here)).

An eToys Investigation into Romney/ Bain Capital = RICO/ Tax Investigation

Here's why this investigation "must" transpire.

We all want reform on Wall Street and they are crying there's no need. Goldman Sachs and Bain Capital are guilty of collusion, fraud, Perjury (through their attorneys), federal corruption, intimidation of victim & witness - plus so much more. This eToys case (along with Kay Bee, Stage Stores and the New York Supreme Court fraud) - will nail their proverbial arses to the wall.

What is Mitt Romney Hiding in Off Shore Tax Havens?

Also, everyone I know - still wants to know what Mitt Romney is hiding in his taxes. Obviously, if the FBI gets the go ahead to do a REAL investigation; we will get to know the REAL secrets. As everyone who has watched the Madoff case has learned - "Clawbacks" of profits from frauds are painful.

Marc Dreier Spent $500,000 on Hookers

After he got away with doing Perjury, Fraud, Obstruction and Intimidation of Victim/ Witnesses (among many other crimes) - Paul Traub was also partners with fraudsters Marc Dreier and Ponzi Schemer Tom Petters.

Tom Petters plead not guilty and got 50 years. Marc Dreier has plead guilty and only received 20 years in prison (doing his time at a super minimum securtiy prison in Minnesota).

Marc Dreier is back in the news with a new movie out and the New York Post has revealed that he spent $500,000 on Hookers (see the full stories (here) & CNBC Story (here)).

It is great that Mitt Romney finally lost. I would have gladly given up all the money his cohorts stole from me - to make sure he did not steal the White House. You can bet your bottom dollar he is thoroughly pissed about the whole situation. I'm sure they have some sort of scheme planned to get vengence. Though it is their fault they sought to stiff me - simply because they could. Be that as it may - it feels G R E A T - that Pitten's got his butt kicked.

Fortunately - now that the hearing on getting paid is coming - I don't have to give up (or in) anymore. It is only a matter of time before all the investigations into Mitt Romney & Bain Capital start to reveal who he really is. Hopefully, we don't have to wait for a new Attorney General of the United States; before we see a proper (honorable) investigation begin.

THANKS to All Who Helped Get the Word OUT!

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
