The one and only group of people who have demonstrated time and again that their loyalties to this country are contingent on their own personal financial convenience are the rich, so it's time to pose an ultimatum: Prove that you are Americans, or "go Galt" and get the fuck out. Show us that the wealth you've accumulated, by whatever means, is benefiting the rest of us, or what the hell incentive do we have to bear your weight? But don't fret if you don't know what this means - there are plenty of good examples to follow.
Obviously very few rich people are billionaires, but there are two billionaires who deserve to be emulated by everyone blessed with financial abundance: Warren Buffett and Elon Musk. Buffett has committed his fortune to the betterment of society, and Elon Musk has put both his money and his personal talents on the line to push the advancement of all humankind. Lower-level wealth obviously can't equal the contributions of either, but you at least know in which direction to go.
If your lifestyle is such that you don't know there is a class war going on in America against working people by the rich, then you are probably one of the latter, and need to get your skin in the game on the right team. Decide who you are: Americans, or plankton born into privilege and mindlessly serving that privilege even if it destroys the greatest hopes of humanity. You can be like Buffett and/or Musk, or you can be like the Kochs and the Waltons of Wal-Mart infamy - reptilian parasites on the species directing it toward extinction. Make your choice.
