Welcome to the Wednesday Coffee Hour here on Street Prophets. This is an open thread where we can hang out and talk about what’s going on in our worlds.
Today I am sharing some of my photos of the Fall from here in Oregon.
I hope you enjoy the photos!
A lake in the early morning with the fog and ducks.
Fall forest.
Ping Pong under grape vines.
Leaves and Oregon rain.
Leaves and the Lake.
Pumpkins, flowers and squash. The stump is all that is left of a very old and tall fir tree. When somone told a friend and I that we would never get anything to grow in the stump, we sat out to prove him wrong. The stump was hollowed out with an an axe by hand. Then we lined it with landscaping fabric, filled it with soil, mulch and plants. Weeks ago I had large sunflowers growing here too. We have recieved numerous compliments and are proud of our accomplishment!
Forgotten apples.
Pampas Grass and Fir Trees.
Moss and ferns growing on a tree (only in Oregon.)
A duck coming out from a hiding spot along the embankment.
!Squirrel!
A young squirrel who was chatting at me while eating a flower bulb.
Fall's pink beauty.

Special reminder from our Native American Brothers and Sisters:
Okiciyap Group will be asking for warm winter wear for kids in a diary to publish on Sunday. Here is a chance to clean out a closet or shop for new or gently used winter clothing and blankets, all to help the folks served by the Okiciyap Food Pantry in Isabel, SD.
Do what you can to help. Tweeting and liking the diary on Facebook helps too. Wado.
