At some point soon we have to act.
This community is spread across this country & can be a major push to finally get something done about Gun Control.

This can & must be done.
It's Time
It's way Past Time in fact!

Should we meet at a court house in every county in America at Noon Dec 24th?
If Not There where?
If Not Then When?

We all have to step it up.

I always read it starts locally.
Lets set a date & Time & get started.

Courthouses ?
your congresmans office?
Your Senators Office?

Where ?

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.

I also think we need to keep in mind how much Fossil Fuel is burned doing this. No Buses of people traveling hundreds of miles.

    Keep it local
Can we do this once a week?
or should it be a daily thing?

    I don't have answer
I just want to be apart of a action that is sustainable & effective to stop this madness

puts the NRA on the defensive. For too long we've been putting up with their ridiculous interpretations of the Second Amendment, as well as wingnuts who think they're going to have an armed insurrection against the elected government.
It's obvious: The young mental case would not have been able to kill that many kids had he not had access to high capacity magazines. Or to firearms, period.
The young mental case who shot all those people in the Colorado theater couldn't have done it without high capacity magazines. Or firearms, period.
The guy who shot Gabby Giffords et al was able to continue until he had to stop to reload. He couldn't have killed as many people if he'd had to stop to reload sooner.
And if he hadn't been able to get his hands on a firearm, he couldn't have killed anybody.
The problem is crazy people plus guns. We can't do anything about crazy people, so...

    was stopped in time.

Ind. man with 47 guns arrested after school threat

Von I. Meyer allegedly threatened to set his wife on fire before saying he would 'kill as many people as he could' at a nearby elementary school.

Authorities found 47 guns and ammunition worth over $100,000.

Something sure needs to be done but I don't know what our best bet is.

same arguments. The problem's too big, there's too many guns out there, it will take decades to make a dent in the gun problem. In other words, we might have been done by now.

We're fools whether we dance or not, so we might as well dance.
