Abortion, Abortion
it's their new fucking meme
blame everything else, the guns are angelic clean
Sung to the tune of part of Tom Leher's "Pollution"
I'm sorry, in light of what has happened it may seem I'm being crass and flippant. But some national Christian conservatives, conservatives and Republicans are trotting out one reason/excuse after another to see what sticks when it comes to apportioning blame for the Sandy Hook Massacre. But sometimes you gotta laugh in the midst of darkness.
This morning I posted about Victoria Jackson ( Sandy Hook Massacre = late term abortions ) blaming the supposed "taking of God" out of classrooms and schools as the reason all these massacres are happening.
Are you really aligning yourself with Fred Phelps and the Westboro Baptist Church? It seems that you have something in common with them and Mike Huckabee and Bryan Fischer.
- Sandy Hook Massacre = late term abortions
She also blamed abortion for the massacre. Actually she started with the blaming of abortions, and worked her way to sounding like Mike Huckabee. And now, he doubles around to catch up to
Baby Jane Victoria Jackson.
Christian-owned businesses are told to surrender their values under the edict of government orders to provide tax-funded abortion pills. We carefully and intentionally stop saying things are sinful and we call them disorders. Sometimes, we even say they’re normal. And to get to where we have to abandon bed rock moral truths, then we ask “well, where was God?” And I respond that, as I see it, we’ve escorted him out of our culture and marched him off the public square and then we express our surprise that a culture without him reflects what it’s become.

Okay first Reverend, there is no such thing as "tax-funded abortion pills" in Obamacare. The faith that you are an ordained minister of has that whole "do not bear false witness (i.e. lying) thing going on. You might want to check that out.
Second. Are you saying the God you worship isn't Omnipresent. Because if you are, you really don't worship the same God I was taught about in Sunday School.
The God I was taught about is everywhere, He can't be "escorted" out of anything.
And yes I know you are trying for a mental image of God being perp walked/frog marched out of the commons to further enrage "the folks." But again the fact is (again) that it aint true.
Third? Abortion?! What next "feminism" and then "gays" or "gays" and then "feminism".
Well I guess you did sort of touch on teh gays with
We carefully and intentionally stop saying things are sinful and we call them disorders.

But YES revvers, we live in the 21st century, not the 8th. We know far more about the brain now and we know more about mental illness. We would no more call hearing voices a sin now, then we would call being overweight.
But that's science, and on science we know where you fall
"Oh, I believe in science. I certainly do," [Huckabee] said. "In fact, what I believe in is, I believe in God. I don't think there's a conflict between the two. But if there's going to be a conflict, science changes with every generation and with new discoveries and God doesn't. So I'll stick with God if the two are in conflict."

In the 8 century people who heard voices were labeled as possess and often killed. Autistic children, children with Aspergers and children with epilepsy suffered the same fate in medieval Christendom.
And in the 8th century gulttony was a considered a sin.
I've noticed that you put back on the weight Mr. Huckabee.
Instead of offering lies, half truths and stale whipping boys, that's only red meat for your followers - try doing something that alleviates pain and helps find solutions.
try being an instrument of peace

Then Jesus said to him, “Put your sword back into its place; for all who take the sword will perish by the sword.
