See update after the fold!
Hello,
The commentary for chapter 1.1.IV is supposed to be published soon. Chapter IV is one of the most beautiful in book 1 and I knew I couldn't give it proper credit. It is so full of inspiring passages that I could read it over and over again and not tire of it.
Unfortunately, I have had a rough week and haven't had enough time to properly write about it. It's a shame first because, as I said, the chapter is very rich, and also because there is clearly a lot of interest in this project out there. Your support and your nice comments are important to me.
I am not done with the commentary. I will work on it for the next couple of hours and see how far I manage to get... But it's already late in the evening in my time zone. If I cannot finish writing what I have in mind, I would have the choice to either publish half of it now an the rest later, or maybe postpone this chapter for a few days or even a week ... I don't know yet at this time...
Updates will be posted here, at the Daily Kos Les Misérables group:

Thanks again very much for your support :) , and please accept my apologies for the delay in publishing this week's instalment! :(
Update: this week's commentary is now definitely postponed until next week end, hopefully very early in the week end. Meanwhile, if the lack of my habitual humongous commentary gives you some unexpected free time ;) you may:
1) go back to the source (always the best policy) and re-read the chapter,
2) post your own commentary (we'll compare notes when I post my own), and/or
3) watch one or more of the follow documentaries (most of which were already mentioned in previous diaries):
What other good documentaries (available on youtube) do you know and that you think we should watch?
