Not much in the way of details, but multiple reports on Twitter suggest some sort of explosion at the finish line area of today's Boston Marathon:

12:20 PM PT: WBZ Boston says the explosions were on Boylston Street near viewing stands. One was near a Marathon Sports store.

12:24 PM PT: It looks like the explosion at the Marathon Sports at Boylston Street happened at around the 4:09 mark of the race.
