(Note from the diarist: Lingzi Lu's name was misspelled earlier. I apologize for the error). Earlier this afternoon: ) CNN reported the third victim who died in the bombing, as being Boston University student, Lingzi Lu. Framingham Patch adds: An outpour of love has been shown and written about Lingzi Lu's on her Chinese social media page, Sina Weibo. Former neighbor in China was elegiac when talking about Lu on his Sina Weibo page: "I saw her grow up, and a few scenes from the past are flashing through my mind. Now, she's becoming a girl, a bit Westernized, but a loud bang has changed everything," wrote Zhang Xinbo. "I think of her loved ones, and I don't know how they are coping with this painful news, while still searching for any thread of hope." Also in the CNN story, a suspect that was seen in a department store video, dropping off a black bag near the second bombing site, has been identified and arrested. However, Huffington Post says CNN's report remains unconfirmed. My prayers go out to the family of Lingzu Lu. I have a daughter in college and cannot imagine that kind of pain. I know the world is sending prayers and love to all three victims who died and all those who were injured physically, as well as emotionally, in this tragedy.
