From CNN:
Talking about what went wrong, Romney said they didn't get the turnout from minority voters that they needed and he acknowledged his campaign was outmatched by his opponent's massive organization.
"I think he had as many as 10 times the number of ground workers, paid staff, that we had, because he could afford them and we couldn't," he said.
Anything you hear from a died-in-the-wool republican must, of course, be taken with a grain of salt. Assume it's either reconstructing the truth or is an outright lie.
Does he really expect us to believe this revisionist history? The election was won by Obama because he had the larger war chest?
Here are the actual numbers for what the candidates had and what they spent during the 2012 campaign (Romney's in RED, by the way):
and if that's not enough evidence, Romney's SuperPACs outspent Obama as well:
If Republicans cannot accept the fact that their Business expert and seasoned manager clearly could not manage his own campaign finances properly, they once again defy any attempt to fully understand their ignorant minds.
Mitt lost with minorities because they were not part of the "percentage" of Americans who were worth anything to him. Furthermore, he ran an old campaign that attempted to give us another vapid "Morning in America" moment. That's where his money went, not on the ground or on the web where it needed to be.
Believe what you like, Mitt. Keep telling yourself that you lost because you couldn't "afford" to compete. There are enough numbskulls out there who, despite all evidence to the contrary, will believe whatever you say because they can't fathom the idea that a democrat could possibly be right. Losers.
