Just wondering, when the ObamaCare insurance exchanges are up and running and folks enter their personal information to see what kind of insurance policy/assistance they are eligible for, what literally will be the message to the Americans living in poverty who are shut out of coverage because the Republican government in their state blocked expansion of Medicaid? Will they be told the truth in language they can understand?
Will they come away blaming the President or the state Republicans who kept them from getting health care available to other Americans who happen to live in states that allowed the expansion of Medicaid?
And along this line of thinking, how can it not be a violation of the equal protection clause when Americans in one state benefit from a federal law while Americans in another state do not?
When Americans live in a state where they are covered by Medicaid expansion, does that mean they must get their care in that state or can they obtain care in a state that did not expand Medicaid if that state has better facilities with the care they need?
What a mess, and seemingly impossible to fix when Republicans in Congress would block any attempt to repair issues with the law when they arise.
