Even though she is not interested in you at all you can still claim that she is too attractive and a threat to your marriage, then fire her
The court said such firings do not count as illegal sex discrimination because they are motivated by feelings, not gender.
Oh, so feelings are teh key to leagal sex discrimination; oh righty.
So if men/corporations were to use the following excuses
1] She menaced me with her short skirt and I felt my marriage was being threatened.
2] She refused my advances making me feel inadequate and making it impossible for me to have normal sexual relations with my wife, nearly ending our marriage.
3] My wife felt threatened by her looks, this put or marriage in jeopardy.
4] She refused to wear the Burqa provided, thus I felt tempted.
5] She hurt my feelings [fill in the reason]
6] We fired all women in our corporation because it was felt at some time that a marriage might in essence be threatened.
7] We reduced all women's wages because we felt that with too much money in their pockets that marriage threatening clothing could be afforded.
8] We have feelings, you're fired.
9] We will hire only men because if we hire women the men will have feelings.
10] We feel that a woman's place is in the home.
11] My god if women get educated, we feel that this could be threatening.
Oh gosh we can apply this elsewhere.
12] I feel threatened by that person of color, for gawds sake, fire them now.
13] I feel that their religion [or lack thereof] is threatening my faith.
14] I feel that their sexual orientation is threatening our marriage.
Imagine if it was turned around?
Feminists just want to demean men! They are hurting men's feelings!
This sounds more like the ravings of an extreme religious loon than the rulings of a court.
Breaking: Woman standing on the corner felt to threaten man's marriage, women arrested for breach of the peace.
Sigh.
A bloody song then.....you got it in one
