As the importance of winning back some key governorship has been expostulated here far better than I could do, I would like to take the obvious next step and start casting a net for a potential winner for the dems (Team Blue) in the Florida gubernatorial contest to replace Tea-bircher Rick Scott. One guy that has played for several teams and therefor made more than his share of both friends and enemies is the old governor, Republican, eh, Independent, eh, Democrat Charlie Crist. Team Blue Florida has not been putting up really strong candidates for statewide office in recent years and the gerrymandered results are predictable on both the local and state-wide levels. Floriduh has become a national laughingstock (or worse) but did engender one priceless bumper sticker: "Don't blame me, I vote with the majority." And I did as well.
