The GOP's banning of NBC and CNN from political debates is childish and silly. But neither they nor any of the other networks should let this go by unchallenged.
So Reince Preibus has gotten the RNC to vote to ban NBC and CNN from airing its political dates in 2016? Really?
Here's why Dems should take this with a grain of salt.
First, this is all about trying to censor the Clinton miniseries. If I were NBC and CNN I'd tell them to stick it.
Second, this whole banning thing means nothing. Fox has repeatedly picked on NBC and CNN as their biggest example of the "liberal media bias." Bill O'Reilly and Glenn Beck have spoonfed this b.s. to their viewers. This whole banning thing is just a adrenaline shot in the bum for the conservative entertainment networks.
What CBS, ABC and PBS should do is tell them is to back down or they won't air any highlights. They'll also limit their news reports to just audio written reports only without video. In other word, they'll have to take what the "liberal media" gives them.
All this from the party of voter suppression. Now they want to suppress the conventions. Good deal!
How funny it is that if you remove the vowels from Reince Preibus you get RNC PR BS.
I do like the idea floating around either Limbaugh, Hannity or Levin host those debates. Now that MIGHT be worth watching to see the clowns jump off the right-wing cliff.
