It is becoming clear that the damage from fracking is in no way limited to leaking wells, above ground spills at the well head or rapacious contracts foisted upon landowners. The worst damage may come from, wait for it, independent contractors hired to "treat" the poisons.

Short version: Wastewater "treatment" company has illustrated the eventual effects of fracking liquids leaching into the ground water by dumping the chemicals (20,000 gal) DIRECTLY into the Mahoning River. The same crime was committed 23 times by Hardrock Excavating owner, Benedict Lupo.
Oh yeah, a well regulated industry.
