The Deputy Prime Minister of Turkey, Bülent Arınç, has stated in a press conference that if there is going to be a military intervention to punish the Syrian regime, it appears that it will be the US who will carry it out.
He said that the Syrian regime had to be punished in the name of humanity, but it appeared that NATO isn't prepared to do so and that a 'Coalition of the Willing' was unlikely.
He also said that the Turkish Government was concerned that a limited intervention would cause the chaos in Syria to escalate and that those who committed this outrage must be incapacitated.
He also stated that the world and the leaders of the countries in the world have not treated this event with the seriousness it deserves.

As far as I have been able to determine only France, Turkey and Albania have committed to participate in a US military action against Syrian regime targets without the approval of the United Nations Security Council.
Turkey, though, has agree to partipate in a support capacity and will not carry out any strikes.
