To help out with GOTV efforts, Bill de Blasio's (D) campaign is putting together another Weekend Of Action:
Election Day is a little more than a month away. And that's really not a lot of time.
We won the primary because of the grassroots operation we started building in January -- we had nine months to organize to win.
But this is a different kind of election.
This time around, our opponent is supported by Super PACs and deep Republican pockets. And we don't have nearly as much time.
Team de Blasio's not taking a single day for granted. Volunteers and supporters are hitting the streets and working the phones this weekend to fight for bold progressive change. Will you be a part of it? Here are the details:
Ready to Go Weekend of Action! Find out where to meet your neighbors and let them know you'll be there:

Six weeks before the primary, this race was wide open. But we always knew that the work our neighborhood teams were doing on the ground would make the difference on Election Day.
We never took a single day for granted.
It was that consistent focus and energy that brought it home on September 10th. And it's going to take that and more from each of us between now and November 5th to bring bold progressive change to City Hall once and for all.
If you're ready to change this city so that it works for all New Yorkers, then get out there this weekend and help fight for it:
