The Washington Post is reporting that with the recent statement by Rep. Richard Hanna (R-N.Y.) that he would support a clean CR (continuing resolution), there are now enough Republican votes to pass one if we can keep the Democrats in line.
There are now 19 House Republicans supporting a clean CR — just about the number at which point we can say pretty safely that a majority of the House supports a clean bill. This assumes just about all 200 Democrats would support one.

So please if you are represented by a Democrat who has voted with the Republicans on any of the recent votes, please contact their office and urge them to vote for a clean CR if one is brought to the floor.
Here is a list of the Democrats who voted with the Republicans on the individual mandate version of the bill.
Reps. Mike McIntyre (N.C.), Dan Maffei (N.Y.), Sean Maloney (N.Y.), Jim Matheson (Utah), Steven Horsford (Nev.), Ron Barber (Ariz.), John Barrow (Ga.), Raul Ruiz (Calif.) and Kyrsten Sinema (Ariz.).

If you are aware of any others who should be targeted, please post their names in the comments below.
And if you live in a District represented by a Republican, please demand that they support a clean CR if it comes to the floor. And you should also ask them to state their support for a clean CR in the press or on the floor of the House.
It looks like the Republican position is crumbling. And we need to make sure that it continues to crumble so that John Boehner will have no choice but to bring this type of bill to the floor for a vote.
